BLOOMFIELD, NJ - The New Jersey Board of College Softball Umpires held its annual meeting on the campus of Bloomfield College on Sunday, January 17. The committee is part of the NCAA's Softball Umpire Improvement Program (SUIP), an organization designed to improve and develop uniform standards to support umpiring at the collegiate level through instruction and evaluation.
