Tiffany McDaniel
NEW HAVEN, CT - Junior forward Tiffany McDaniel has been named to the All-CACC Second Team, in results released earlier this week.  The league's coaches voted on the recipients of the honor.

A formidable presence in the paint for the Lady Deacons in 09'-10', McDaniel led Bloomfield in points-per-game (10.5) and rebounds-per-game (8.7).  She also led the squad in blocks-per-game, swatting 1.3 per contest.  Her outstanding all-around play helped the Lady Deacons earn the number three seed in the CACC Tournament, before eventually falling to Dominican College in the opening round of postseason play.

"This is a great accomplishment for Tiffany, and we're thrilled for her," head coach Jerry Wimberly said.  "She's become one of the better post players in the CACC, and it's great to see her move up a team in the All-CACC awards (McDaniel was a third team selection in 08'-09').  She had an outstanding season, and it's great the other coaches in the league saw what we've always known about her."
