McDaniel earns second team All-Met honors
NEW YORK, NY - The Met Basketball Writer's Association has named Bloomfield Center/Forward
Tiffany McDaniel to the All-Met Second Team, in results released yesterday.
The junior led the Lady Deacons in points (10.2) and rebounds (8.5) per game in 09'-10', leading Bloomfield to the CACC Tournament and a fourth-place finish in the CACC North Division Standings.
"This is a nice honor for Tiffany," head coach Jerry Wimberly said. "She has established herself as one of the best big girls in the CACC, and it's nice to see the basketball writers who cover our games recognizing the type of player that she is. I know she will only continue to get better in her senior season next year."
The All-Met awards will be presented Wednesday evening, April 21, at the Westchester Marriott Hotel in Tarrytown, NY.
